- Gambling of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- The vendor is fully responsible for the products that the vendor provides. The vendor must
ensure that the products are safe for the public health. The organizer is in no way
responsible for health or safety issues resulting from the sold products.
- In case of any control from the Belgian authorities, the vendor is responsible. The
organizer of the event bears no responsibility whatsoever.
- In case of an open fire it is mandatory have your own suitable fire extinguisher ready for
use at your stand. The use of charcoal is allowed.
- No price tag can be put on any consumable item.
- Everyone should provide their own tent (max 3x3m) and table(s) if needed.
- Electricity will be provided.
- Prizes will be given to the nicest decorated tents (Filipino theme) and cleanliness.
- The reservation (booking) of a stand for a food stall can only be made via the web
application (www.philippines-independence-day.web.app).
- The reservation (booking) is only valid if a full payment of the total amount is received
within 5 days after the reservation.
Those who do not clean their stand after the celebrations will not be eligible to reclaim their
warranty of EUR 50,00 and may be blacklisted for subsequential Philippine Independence Day
events.
Vendors are responsible for their wares during the celebration.
The organizer accepts no responsibilities for any harm or damages you may cause.
